Delivery / Shipping
We use UPS / FedEx as our shipping carriers, and our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Sample order might arrive via USPS.
Do you send out tracking information?
- As soon as we ship the order to you, we send out an email with the tracking information. You will be able to use UPS site to follow your package.
How long does it take to process an item?
- Non personalized orders will process fast, normally in 1 to 3 business days. 
- Personalized orders take 3 to 5 business days to process.
- Pad printed order take 7 business days to produce.
How long does it take for the order to reach me?
- Once processed, the order will arrive to you in 2 to 5 business days with "UPS Ground" shipping option.
Where do the products ship from?
- We have warehouses both on east and west coast. Depending on availability, you may get your shipment from either.
Do you offer faster shipping?
- Yes, 3 Day Select, 2 Day shipping is available during checkout! *NOTE this is only carrier transit time and doesn't include the processing / production time.
Do you offer rush processing?
- In many cases we are able to accomodate for rush processing. There is a fee of $15 and up, depending on type of the order. Phone/ email us for details!
Sample order shipping?
- Please note that we reserve the right to ship the sample orders with USPS/UPS MI instead of UPS Ground. Please note that we may not be able to accept sample orders with large quantities as the product might need to ship from 4-5 locations. Sample order means 1 item.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
- The shipping costs will depend on weight and quantity desired. You just need to add items to Shopping Card and use our "Shipping Estimate" calculator. In a rare case that the Shipping Calculator is way off the actual rates (normally due to remote locations, or extreme weight) we will contact you right away. We reserve the right to cancel the order where this has occurred.

Privacy & Security
We do not share any of your information with anyone! We use the latest 128/256bit encryption to protect you on the checkout pages, and any account pages. We do not save your credit card information locally, only Banks have your financial information.

Cancellations & Returns
We do accept returns, and we do send out free replacements in rare case of a problem! We have a generous 30 days return policy, which means that you can return any unused merchandise within 30 days (from the shipping date), for a full refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless the return in due to missing or damaged merchandise. Please note that products manufactured by Fashion Craft products can only be returned in full (no partial returns).
NOTE: Personalized orders, such as stickers or tags are non refundable.
Food products such as honey, chocolate, maple syrup etc. cannot be returned, only replaced.
We may not be able to cancel the order once it is processing. If we do manage to cancel it, there is no penalty for canceling the orders that haven't shipped. If the order has shipped and cancellation is still required customer is responsible for shipping charges, and any UPS intercept fees, normally around $15 per package.

Shipping to Canada
All our items ship to Canada. We do sometimes have an option to Clear Customs in advance for Canadian customers, meaning that you wouldn't pay duties / brokerage / taxes. Phone us or email us for details. Otherwise customers will be responsible for any Duties that Canadian Customs require, and any fees that UPS charges. UPS transit time for orders shipped to Canada is 4 to 7 business days. Feel free to email us or phone us if you require further assistance.

There are no minimums on how little you can order (check item descriptions for any exceptions).

IMPORTANT NOTE - Order Changes - We may not be able to change your order once it is processing. Please carefully read your confirmation emails!
Important Note - Sample Orders - We do accept sample orders, however we do have to sometimes implent a 1 item limit per sample order,  i.e. Ordering multiple items from the same manufacturer might be possible, however if they are from multiple manufacturers, we might not be able to consolidate shipping. Manufacturer info is located under Additional Information section on all product pages.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) . Your financial information is never read by people, so feel secure ordering from us.  

Viewing Orders
You can view your current or any previous orders by signing into your account. To do this, please click on "My Account" link near the top of the page. From this page your can also view your wishlist, your reviews and newsletter subscriptions.
