Communication was great as I ordered it shortly before the function. Promised & came within 4 days if event as promised. Assembly of ribbon, charm, & purchased labels are true, but not an issue. They were a hit & appreciated.

Product arrived in about a week to Michigan. Product was nicely packaged. All contents were there. My only critique is that the you have to assemble the entire honey jar with name sticker, charm and ribbon. Also the jars are a bit smaller than I thought. But otherwise good product.

I had no issues with the website, easy to use. Order arrived quickly however three jars were broken and there was a lot of sticky honey in the box and on the other jars. The good news was that the labels were in an envelope and were not sticky. All and all excited about giving them out for the wedding! Thank you. Denise
